Steven Singer Launches New Wicked: For Good Gold Dipped Roses
Just in time for the highly anticipated release of Wicked: For Good, Born to License helped Steven Singer Jewelers with their new licensed 24k Gold Dipped Roses.
The magic continues! Steven Singer Jewelers launched two enchanted 24-karat gold-dipped roses inspired by Universal Pictures’ highly anticipated film, Wicked: For Good, releasing in theaters November 21.
Created in response to the overwhelming demand of the first collection of Wicked gold-dipped roses, this new wave of collectible roses is inspired by the next chapter. These new roses are more than just collectibles; they capture the movie’s powerful story of friendship, transformation, and the magic of doing good while creating a keepsake that fans will hold onto forever.
This year’s Wicked: For Good collection embraces the beauty of contrast and the magic of Elphaba and Glinda with two stunning new designs: a glittering ombre pastel purple rose inspired by Glinda, and a darker, deeper green and black ombre rose that captures the power and complexity of Elphaba. Steven Singer’s famous 24-karat gold-dipped roses are crafted from real roses, dipped and preserved in gold, and are hand-finished by artisans, making every rose unique.
The product development process took the products to the next level.
Every detail was carefully considered, from matching the pastel purples and deep emerald tones of Glinda and Elphaba to perfecting the ombre effect that gives each rose its striking dimension.
The colors in this new collection pay homage to the first series of Wicked roses, keeping the rich tones and dramatic contrasts that fans loved. However, Glinda’s rose takes a bold step forward—shifting from the original pink to a shimmering teal-to-purple ombre. This change not only distinguishes the new collection, but also reflects her evolving character in the story, adding a fresh and memorable twist while maintaining a connection to the iconic design collectors cherish.
