David has worked in the entertainment brand licensing industry for more than 17 years and knows exactly what’s needed to make a licensed product or service a real success. He’s held senior roles at Cartoon Network and Warner Bros Australia, and his portfolio of clients includes McDonalds, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson, Burger King, KFC, Ferrero, Kellogg’s, Heinz, Samsung, British Airways, Cadbury, Facebook, Instagram and T-Mobile.
David has been included in License Global’s Top 40 Under 40, the Licensing.biz Power 50 most influential people in licensing, and Brands Untapped’s 100 list of top designers, product developers and creatives in the industry.

Amber / SENIOR LICENSING EXECUTIVE
Amber is based in London and has worked in licensing for nearly ten years. She previously worked in Hong Kong, helping British beauty and spa brands secure licenses in Asia, before moving back to London where she helped to manage the Imperial War Museum’s licensing program. Amber’s love of film and the entertainment industry brought her to Born in 2019, where she’s worked with some of the biggest rights holders in the world, including Warner Bros., Hasbro, Paramount and MGM.

Amanda is based in New York and primarily serves the North American market. She is a graduate of New York Law School, where she focused on entertainment and intellectual property law. Before joining Born, Amanda worked at Creative Artists Agency. Her background across both the business and legal aspects of entertainment put her in a great position to manage the licensing process from start to finish.

Jenna is based in the UK and has over 17 years of invaluable experience in the product development sector. Her expertise spans a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Her career highlights include pivotal roles at The Walt Disney Company and Turner Broadcasting, where she played a key role in brand approvals and product development oversight. In her previous positions she gained insights and honed her skills across various departments including Hardlines, Softlines, and FMCG.

Alberto / LICENSING COORDINATOR
Alberto is based in London and mainly supports on EMEA-based projects. Born and raised in Northern Italy, Alberto’s background includes screen acting, film production, writing and project management, giving him a solid grounding in the entertainment industry. Before Born, Alberto worked for Pride in London, and has helped produce fashion and music shoots for publications across Europe.
