Dream Big Little Co. x The World of Eric Carle: Picture (Book) Perfect Licensing

Here at Born to License, we know that every license has a story behind it. This collaboration has two. Dream Big Little Co., the children’s apparel brand known for its ultra-soft sleepwear and elevated everyday essentials, has partnered with the World of Eric Carle to release a new collection inspired by two of the most treasured picture books in children’s literature: The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, and Brown Bear and Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin Jr. with illustrations by Eric Carle.

Managed globally by the Joester Loria Group on behalf of Penguin Random House, The World of Eric Carle extends the legacy of Eric Carle’s literary works through thoughtfully developed consumer products that honor the integrity and artistry of the original illustrations.

The release includes a wide range of baby and toddler essentials, including sleepwear sets, dresses, rompers, pocket tees, crib sheets, changing pad covers, and bow clips. This first collection introduces three prints that reimagine Carle’s iconic artwork in a fresh yet faithful way.

Born to License’s Role in Bringing the Collaboration to Life

The collaboration was negotiated and developed with the support of Born to License, who guided Dream Big Little Co. through the licensing process from initial agreement to creative approvals and go-to-market execution.

We love bringing together brands that share a common mission. Like the messages and themes of Carle’s works, Dream Big Little Co.’s products are designed to grow with children as they do.
